Ibrahim is a Life Coach who has overcome life-changing difficulties of his own and discovered that false beliefs had colored his world with dark gray. Making use of evidence based, powerful strategies, he changed his own limiting beliefs, and started living in full color. Backed up with a number of certificates in Positive Psychology, Coaching Psychology, and a Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (University of East London, expected to be completed in 2018) he supports his clients to tackle their own limiting beliefs, and lead more fulfilling lives.
Coaching is not the same as therapy; clients who need to resolve issues from the past, have an addiction, or have recently undergone loss or trauma, are advised to seek the professional help of a qualified Therapist. Whereas a Therapist helps clients to reduce or get rid of symptoms (e.g. depression or anxiety), a Life Coach helps clients thrive and flourish by utilizing their full potential.
Ibrahim helps clients clarify priorities, formulate dreams and thoughts, and organize them into tangible, “tailor-made” goals. Ibrahim uses a number of evidence based models such as Behavioral, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. He supports clients to get “unstuck”, find more passion and fulfillment in life, reduce stress, increase self confidence, improve personal relationships and find love. He also helps clients make “holistic” career choices, while spending time on what really matters.
Although Ibrahim is still in training for his Masters, he has worked with leaders in some of the biggest businesses and organizations. He is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and The Positive Psychology Hub.
